Our customer is a company that has been bringing innovation to the healthcare sector in Spain for more than 12 years. They have developed the only eHealth 360º technological platform, implemented in more than 22,000 clinics and hospitals and used by more than 270,000 patients. Pioneers in online healthcare management, they led the digital transformation of healthcare in Spain, receiving multiple awards for their transformative work.
The challenge was for our engineers to analyze and extract usefull information from their product sellings. We used ML techniques and market basket analysis to identify associations rules and anomalies in the users behaviour.
The information we delivered was usefull to the marketing and business teams to provide a better service to end users and to increase overall sales both locally and globally.
