As many companies these days, Savill Aguirre-Newman is very sensitive about the important role that data plays in business. They hired taniwa to build a central system to gather important information around their Real State, Valuation and Building assesment activities.

This new system has to be automatic, robust, adaptable and easy to use.

Technologies in this project:

• Scrappers and ETL mainly in python.
• Job scheduler with Azure DataFactory.
• Data repositories in Postgress and Azure Datalake.
• PostGIS and Python GIS wrapper to process geospatial information.

One of the greatest challenges of this project has been to blend both the corporate and the agile project management styles.
