Description
CTTExpress’s app is used by their delivery drivers to manage 400,000 daily deliveries, making it a critical business asset. CTT needs to know if the application has a solid foundation, a robust architecture and the degree of technical debt to be able to make an improvement plan. The audit will be conducted in a collaborative manner, with regular communication with the client to ensure alignment and address any concerns. The recommendations and proposed improvements would be tailored to the specific needs and goals of CTTExpress.
