Taniwa Soluciones carried out a thorough diagnosis of ACCOM’s end-to-end processes, analyzing the full journey from lead capture to conversion and final follow-up. ACCOM operates as a digital marketing agency with a data-intensive business model, where a major share of its activity is focused on end-to-end customer lifecycle management.

The analysis identified bottlenecks and repetitive manual tasks that, despite an advanced Google Cloud infrastructure, were still limiting scalability and operational efficiency. Based on this diagnosis, the consulting work defined an Agentic Intelligent Automation strategy aimed at evolving ACCOM’s operating model toward more autonomous, adaptive, and connected decision-making.

CanvasBro is an intelligent assistant for structuring business ideas and funding applications. It guides users step by step through the definition of the Project Sheet, the Business Model Canvas, and the SWOT analysis, turning that information into solid, editable, and exportable drafts.

It includes specific templates for ENISA, Neotec, and other grants or tenders, helping prepare proposals that are more coherent, complete, and ready to review.

Meetzy Voice Agents for ACCOM

Description

This AI voice agent project for after-hours calls was implemented for Naturgy marketing campaigns to manage commercial leads during periods when the human team is not available, especially nights and weekends.

The initiative addresses a critical business need: preserving immediate contact with the lead. Client data showed a direct correlation between response speed, the lead’s “temperature,” and final conversion rate. By acting on contacts that arrive outside standard hours, the system prevents interest from fading and captures opportunities at the moment of highest purchase intent.

BrainCoach is a digital cognitive wellness platform designed for people over 50 that turns reading into a structured mental training tool. Its goal is to help maintain and strengthen cognitive functions such as memory, attention, language, and comprehension through an accessible, personalized experience that fits naturally into daily life.

Unlike traditional apps based on mini-games, BrainCoach uses a meaningful everyday habit like reading to encourage stronger adherence and more direct transfer to daily activities. The platform uses artificial intelligence to select and adapt content according to each user’s interests, abilities, and progression.
