Ageism is a form of discrimination that is also very foolish, so if others don’t want you, we do.

Senior

Taniwa’s teams are made up of senior people… or old folks, as we like to call ourselves.

And we are becoming more “senior,” as is easy to infer.

We know more and more, but it takes effort. We attend forums, give talks, learn new technologies, get certifications, do proofs of concept, develop and implement solutions for our clients, and start all over again every year.

It is what it is.

We are not as fast on the keyboard as we were at 25, but:

1. We organize ourselves better.
2. We don’t waste time on things that don’t add value.
3. Long live Copilot.
