AI is just another tool, not an end in itself, although there are plenty of providers/consultants who will tell you otherwise or sell you an AI course full of generalities and “stating the obvious,” which might be interesting, but a quick search on the internet will give you what you need.

How can AI help your business?
We divide AI projects into 3 main groups:
Content Generation In this type of project, content is generated automatically. For example, text generation, image generation, music generation, video generation, etc. There are plenty of tools that can help you do this, especially for marketing, copywriting, and social media content.
Data Querying This involves querying databases (structured or not) to obtain information. For example, a chatbot that answers questions, a product recommendation system, a specialized information query system. LLMs have made a strong entry into this field and complement classic AIs and ElasticSearch. A typical case is querying the company’s own information plus market data for decision-making, using a conversational engine with an Augmented LLM (Retrieval Augmented Generation).
Business Analysis In this type of project, the goal is to analyze data to obtain information. For example, sales data analysis, customer data analysis, production data analysis, quality data analysis. This is where we think AI and Machine Learning can add the most value. Diving into the data to improve processes, identify opportunities, discover patterns, predict behaviors, and locate anomalies. We usually start these projects with a classic data analysis that can lead to a data office where the processes that generate the reports the company needs are automated.
